Required Programs
During the school year, GRCA teachers, students, and parents will use Google Classroom & other Google apps as part of our At Home enrichment. We will also use the online database myschoolworx.com for grades and communication.
MYSCHOOLWORX.COM
- Your child’s teacher will post assignments and grades using My School Worx, an online grade book.
- Administration, staff, & teachers will use My School Worx to communicate with parents and use the calendar feature for the school calendar.
- To access the online grade book, type myschoolworx.com in any browser on your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
- My School Worx offers an app that simplifies communication between Parents and GRCA Staff.
PIKMYKID.COM
- GRCA uses Pikmykid for dropoff and pickup.
- Download the app from your smartphone’s app store for free and get registered.
- Parents can proactively manage carpool plans right from the app.
- Take a look at the helpful how-to videos to learn more.
GOOGLE CLASSROOM
- Your child’s teacher will be posting assignments and information on google classroom.
- To access google classroom, type classroom.google.com in any browser on your computer, although Chrome works best.
- You can also access google classroom App on any Android or Apple devices.
Note: For the first time, students will need to log in using their school email and password. You can then select to save the password for future logins.
Parents will need to sign a Google Education consent form. Please click here to read more. Note: You only need to complete this form once for each student enrolled at GRCA.
